The FEAST Town Hall Meeting is an open online gathering hosted by the Federation of Asian Storytellers. It is open to members and non-members and is designed as both an update on FEAST’s work and a space for connection and exchange across the storytelling community.
During this session, the FEAST Directors will review key developments from the past year and share plans for 2026. Participants will hear about upcoming programmes and opportunities, including Learning Capsule Recordings, Story In The Spotlight opportunities, the Fundamentals Of Oral Storytelling course, new Mentorship Pathways, and the launch of new Learning Communities.
The session will also cover upcoming Plot Luck sessions, Story Swaps, Prop Swaps, and Across Borders, FEAST’s institutional story exchange, as well as a preview of the FEAST Conference taking place in September 2026.
The FEAST Town Hall Meeting is designed as a shared space where participants can better understand how FEAST works, what is available, and how to get involved.
We also want to hear from our members about what they want and need from FEAST going forward. There will be opportunities to ask questions, share perspectives, and express interest in future initiatives.
The meeting will take place online via Zoom.
Registered participants will receive the Zoom link upon registration and again in a reminder email closer to the event date.
This session will be recorded, and parts or all of the recording may be shared publicly after the event.
A lucky draw will take place at the end of the session. Prizes include a $90 FEAST credit, a FEAST membership or renewal, and three learning capsule recordings of your choice. Please plan to stay until the end.
