FOUNDATIONS OF ORAL STORYTELLING COURSE (FOOS)

This Registration form is ONLY for people paying for the course by means other than Paypal or Credit Card. (Usually this is via PayNow in Singapore, or via online transfer to the FEAST bank account.)

The form contains a few simple questions about your background in storytelling ('None' is an option!) as well as your hopes for future telling (eg to kids, or to complement your work.)

Since you have not completed an online Registration, please contact the FOOS administrator foos.course@gmail.com if you do not hear from her within two days of submitting this form. This is to ensure that your Registration is in process.

You will receive separate instructions regarding the payment of your fee, as this will vary on a case-by-case basis. You will receive a receipt from FEAST; any questions concerning payment can be sent to rogerstoryteller@gmail.com or the FOOS course administrator.
